About Me
My name is Maggie O'Connor. I recently graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology in May 2009 with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Film and Animation. I also graduated with a double minor in Chinese and Japanese language. Through RIT’s animation program, I learned how to animate using traditional hand-drawn 2D, computer 2D, stop-motion and 3D techniques and I have worked extensively with Autodesk’s Maya, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro. I have always had a passion for art, and besides animation, I enjoy sketching, painting, video editing and sewing. I am persistent in my endeavors and I am always eager to challenge myself with new projects.
I am currently working as an intern at a local animation studio called Animatus Studio. I am looking to find a fulltime job where I can put my animation skills and passion to work. If you have any questions about my work or qualifications, please feel free to contact me by phone or e-mail. Also, be sure to check out my resumé, found here: My Resumé
